Seated Yoga

A beginner’s program all done sitting down in a chair. Safe simple stretches, breathing exercises, yoga postures and a relaxation, easily followed and precisely instructed. Relax, renew, reduce stress, increase flexibility, and feel better. For use in the hospital or nursing care setting when patients are able to sit in a chair and slow, gentle exercise is recommended.
