Bed Top Yoga

A beginner’s program of safe simple stretches, breathing exercises, yoga postures and a relaxation – all done lying down on the back. Helps patients relax, renew, reduce stress, increase flexibility and feel better. Well-suited for anyone wanting gentle, slow exercise because of illness, seniors, the physically challenged and the blind. Excellent, too, for cardiac and cancer patients and may help with insomnia.
